The F-B-I's search of a mountain cabin in Montana has uncovered more damming
evidence against the man suspected to be the notorious Unabomber.
A federal official says a typewriter found in Theodore Kaczynski's cabin
appears to be the one that typed Unabomber documents.
Kaczynski remains in jail this afternoon on a weapons charge.

The Pulaski County School Board has expelled a fifth-grader for one year
because the boy brought a B-B gun to school.

For two Florida fifth graders, it's a case of kiss-and-sue.
The American Civil Liberties Union is helping two eleven-year-olds sue the
Brevard County school system after they were punished for kissing in the hall.
A-C-L-U lawyers are asking for a Monday hearing to determine whether the
students can go on a school choir trip next week to the State Capitol.
Besides suspending the boy and girl for a day, the school says they can
only go on the trip if their parents take them and pay for the trip.
