out in Lewis Gale Hospital late this morning leaving two people dead.
Details of the apparent murder-suicide have just been released.

Authorities have charged two Liberty High school students with malicious
wounding, after they allegedly beat up another student.
Bedford County Sheriff Mike Brown says the incident last Thursday started
out as a spit-ball fight, then became a shoving contest.
Brown says one student went down on the floor, and two others kicked him in
the face, side and chest.
Brown says the victim is 17.
He was treated and released from Bedford Hospital.
The two teens who were arrested are 15 and 17.
They've both been suspended from Liberty, pending a hearing before the
school superintendent.

U-S Senate candidate Jim Miller called on Senator John Warner today to
answer for not backing Judge Robert Bork as a Supreme Court justice in 1987.
Yesterday, Bork and former Attorney General Edwin Meese endorsed Miller's

Voters rejected the 37 million dollar bond referendum that would have built
a replacement for Cave Spring High School and eased overcrowding at other
