Officials say this is the result of an on going investigation of a fight that occurred at a Blacksburg night spot last month.
The charges stem from Druckenmiller's alleged involvement in the beating of Shawn Elko.
Police arrested another player, George DelRicco, in connection with the incident last month.

((Democrats across the state pledged support for the candidate they would like to see be their party's nominee for the U-S Senate seat.
Former congress woman Leslie Byrne, former state party chairman Mark Warner and Nancy Spanus are vying for the nomination.
Byrne and Warner have the edge. ((BEN TYREE: SHE LIKES TO BREAK THINGS DOWN ON A SIMPLE LEVEL WHERE THE VOTERS KNOW WHAT SHE'S VOTING FOR AND WHY SHE'S VOTING FOR IT AND MOST POLITICIANS DON'T DO THAT.)) ((REGINALD GARMAN: HE FOR POLITICS THAT I THINK ARE VERY IMPORTANT AND I THINK HE'S A VERY INTELLIGENT MAN. HE'LL REALLY MAKE A GOOD SENATOR.))
But some say they're casting their ballots for electibility rather than political beliefs. ((HENRY TIELEMAN: THE TWO CANDIDATES, THEIR IDEAS ARE VERY MUCH THE SAME BUT I THINK MARK HAS A BETTER CHANCE.)) ((JIM MOORE: SHE'S EXPERIENCED IN CONGRESS. SHE SERVED IN THE STATE LEGISLATURE AND SHE'S ALSO SERVED IN THE U.S. CONGRESS.))
Ballots cast during these caucuses elect delegates for the state and local conventions. ((SANDRA RYALS/SIXTH DISTRICT CHAIRMAN: IT'S AN OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL WHO ARE REGISTERED VOTERS TO HAVE A SAY IN THE SELECTION OF NOT ONLY THEIR PRESIDENT, BUT ALSO THEIR SENATOR AS WELL AS THEIR HOUSE CONGRESSMAN.))
More caucuses are scheduled for Monday.
Officials say they should know who their nominee is next week.
They say that's when they'll turn their attention to defeating the Republicans.

SUPER=03-Goochland Co./September;

Company officials say it's revised its plans for the three BILLION dollar Goochland County facility.
Officials blame the delay on slowed growth in the chip business and recent boosts in capacity at a plant in Austin, Texas.
Motorola bought the 230 acre site last year.
It will employ five-thousand people at full capacity.
The plant is expected to generate more the 500 MILLION dollars in tax revenue in its first 20 years.
