And the Virginia chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union is calling the discrepancy "a grand hypocrisy."

Arson investigators are looking into a fire that destroyed one home and damaged another in Elliston last night.

They found one home fully engulfed and another beginning to burn.
No one was there at the time and no one was injured; however, one of the homes was destroyed.
