Fire investigators say an arsonist using techniques they'd never seen before
set the blaze that gutted the historic structure.
While their investigation continues, the site remains filled with blackened
rubble.
Owner Larry Halstead has been given a May 8th deadline to come up with a
plan for cleaning it up... so far nothing's been done, and city crews are
preparing to do the job themselves, then send the bill to Halstead.
