37- year old Dorothy Ferrell taught second grade at Halifax Elementary for several years.
40- year old Jerry Ragsdale was a custodian there.
Dr. Walker says the school system is allowed to conduct random searches of some employees, such as bus drivers.
But teachers are exempt.

Dahmer killed 17 young men and boys, some he mutilated and cannibalized.

A judge ordered his belongings sold last week to compensate the victims' families- The auction was organized after that.
The price of the items: one million dollars even though the items are valued at only about 100 thousand.

In Richmond, Karen Raschke, a lobbyist for Planned Parenthood, said the seminar wasn't based on reality.
Rashcke says her organization would endorse an abstinence-BASED program, but she says an abstinence-ONLY program is out of touch-- since it doesn't educate teens about contraceptives.
Planned Parenthood says kids need to be taught the skills to say no-- but adults have a responsibility to provide accurate information-- that may save their lives.
