The nation's top Navy officer apparently was distraught after some of his

Investigators have taken a first look at the engines from Valujet flight
So far they say there is no evidence of fire in the plane's ENGINES.
They also say oxygen generators suspected of causing Saturday's crash were
listed as empty but some may not have been.

The Roanoke City School Board has approved the expulsion of four students
for mis-using Ritalin- a prescription drug used to treat attention deficit
But school officials say they do not believe abuse of the drug has become a
widespread problem in the schools.
Because of laws protecting confidentiality, school officials declined to
discuss specifics of the cases, but they say there is no evidence that abuse
of Ritalin has become a problem of major proportions.

Layman admitted he got carried away trying to make money by using his
