That rig exploded after it overturned and spilled thousands of gallons of toluene (Tall-U-EEN).
The fire burned for about three hours as nearby residents again had to be evacuated.
The driver, who was also from North Carolina, was not hurt.
He was later convicted of improper driving and fined 50 dollars.
(--nvestigators are focusing on trying to find dozens of oxygen canisters that

were aboard the D-C nine.
They want to see if they may have caused a fire or explosion before the crash.
It's still unclear if the canisters were empty.

You see at nearly one-thousand pounds, Michael Hebranko was literally a prisoner in his own home.
He hasn't walked for ten weeks, has been confined to a loveseat and was too big to fit through his front door.
Today, an ambulance crew helped him break out of his Brooklyn home by knocking out a bay window.
A forklift truck then helped him get into an ambulance for a trip to the hospital.
Hebranko suffers from gangrene and heart disease.
