A 24- year old was killed in Danville this morning when the tractor he was
driving overturned and caught fire.

Police believe McGregor died before the tractor caught fire.

Rubatex employees are still cleaning up from a fire that forced the
evacuation of part of their Bedford plant this morning.

The blaze started in the rear of the Waltex building, where a compound used
to make foam rubber ignited.
The building's sprinkler system extinguished the blaze, but heavy smoke
filled the structure.
Firefighters spent several hours ventilating the building.
Rubatex officials don't know what caused the fire.
There was no damage to the building or any equipment, and they plan to be
back in full operation Tuesday morning.
