Based on her testimony, the judge convicted the clerk.
In one case where fellow undercover operative, Tanya Lightfoot was with

Lightfoot was 18, wearing braces at the time.

LOSS PROGRAMS ADVERTISE LOW COSTS--BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. THAT
WHILE A COMMERCIAL MAY ADVERTISE LOW RATES--WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS HOW
MUCH THE SPECIAL FOOD WILL COST.

"we purchased this can of tomato soup for 59cents . it's made of
virtually the same ingredients as this bag of jenny craig tomato soup.. but
jenny craig provides half as much soup and costs $2.20. "
BUT IN A STATEMENT THE JENNY CRAIG COMPANY SAYS IT DOES PROVIDE THE
INFORMATION AND THAT CSPI FAILED TO DISCUSS ALL OF BENEFITS OF THEIR PROGRAM
INCLUDING CLASSES, AND CONSULTATIONS
WEIGHT WATCHERS ALSO DEFENDED ITSELF BY STATING IT THAT IT ALREADY
DISCLOSES ALL OF ITS FEES.
THE CSPI IS URGING THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION TO FORCE THESE
PROGRAMS TO PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION BEFORE THE CONSUMER SPENDS MONEY.
THE BOTTOM LINE FOR CONSUMERS MAY JUST BE COMMON SENSE--DON'T

Limbaugh made the offer during his morning talk show.
The offer comes after a teacher confiscated the Limbaugh book the boy was
reading.
Limbaugh apparently wants to supply the boy with enough books to take one to
school everyday.
