THE CENTER FOR SCIENCE IN THE PUBLIC INTEREST SAYS THAT THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMS ADVERTISE LOW COSTS--BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE NOT CHEAP. THAT WHILE A COMMERCIAL MAY ADVERTISE LOW RATES--WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU IS HOW MUCH THE SPECIAL FOOD WILL COST.

BUT IN A STATEMENT THE JENNY CRAIG COMPANY SAYS IT DOES PROVIDE THE INFORMATION AND THAT CSPI FAILED TO DISCUSS ALL OF BENEFITS OF THEIR PROGRAM INCLUDING CLASSES, AND CONSULTATIONS WEIGHT WATCHERS ALSO DEFENDED ITSELF BY STATING IT THAT IT ALREADY DISCLOSES ALL OF ITS FEES.

Limbaugh made the offer during his morning talk show.
The offer comes after a teacher confiscated the Limbaugh book the boy was reading.
