A Moneta man died in a head-on collision with a state trooper's car early this morning.
Police say 41-year-old Victor Howard Wilcox was driving west on Route 6-16 in Franklin County when his pickup truck hit the shoulder of the road.
Wilcox then lost control of his truck and hit a police car driven by State Trooper J-K Johnson.
Trooper Johnson was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and released.

The Generals won last year's Seminole District title and two captured two regional Championships.

Osborne has an enrollment of 12-students and will compete at the Triple A level next season.
