There's some talk today that the convictions of the three defendants in the Whitewater trial could be overturned.
Defense attorneys say it's possible based on one juror's admission that a newspaper article she read before the trial likely colored her opinion of the case.
During jury selection, prospective jurors are asked if they have read anything that might prevent them from being fair and impartial.

Meantime, another surgery, this one a kidney operation in Massachusetts, may turn out to be a medical horror story.
Today's "Boston Herald" reports that last week doctors in Quincy removed a patient's good kidney instead of the bad one.
There's no word on the name or gender of the patient but a hospital spokeswoman says the person is listed in good condition.
The paper says state medical and health authorities are investigating.
