Since the attack, the forestry association now x-rays all of its mail. also mentioned in the indictment is the attack on sacramento computer store owner hugh scrutton. he was killed in 1985 when he moved a disguised bomb in his parking lot.
Dr. Charles epstein was wounded in his home in Tiburon, California.

The case of the new jersey executive killed in an alleged unabomber attack in 1994 is not part of this indictment. prosecutors say his case is pending. the next question is, when may kaczynski be moved to california. first he's entitled to a hearing that will determine where he will be when he hears the charges against him.
Tthat's a formality prosecutors say, and Kaczynski will likely be arraigned in California.
Federal prosecutors did not make a big deal about the indictments.
