was allegedly torched by her former boyfriend Aquilia Barnette.

arrest Barnette but thought the address was wrong.

The justices unanimously upheld a key part of a new law aimed at
restricting appeals by death row inmates.
The provision requires state prisoners who fail in their first federal
appeal to get permission from a three-judge panel before filing another appeal.
If the panel denies permission, they can not appeal.
The ruling clears the way for Ellis Wayne Felker to be executed in Georgia
for a 1981 murder.
Georgia's attorney general says he expects Felker to be executed in about
six weeks.

The cockpit crew of a U-S-Air jet has been grounded for taking off in very
rough weather.
An airline official says the crew of the 7-2-7 won't be flying
pending a federal investigation.
The plane took off from Washington National Airport Monday while
the area was under a tornado warning.
The weather was so bad controllers abandoned the tower minutes later.
And officials say wind shear apparently caused a wing to dip, possibly
striking a runway light.
When the plane got to New York, pilots found the left wing tip
was damaged.
None of the 111 passengers was injured.

But yesterday something amazing happened at Lutheran General,
in Park Ridge, Illinois.

In a single eight hour shift, the neo-natal intensive care
unit suddenly got very busy.
The day started with twins, Nicholas and Melissa.
Then just before 11 a-m the triplets arrived--Vincent, Samantha and Jenna
are said to be doing fine.
Wait--there's more. At 5 p-m quadruplets made their debut---Addison,
Blythe, Carson and Drake. The babies arrived ten weeks early and 20 doctors
and nurses were on hand to assist in the deliveries. Even in a hospital where
more than 4-thousand babies are born each year, staffers say yesterday was a
day they won't soon forget.
