For their accuser Ronlyn Eaton, the decision was a bitter disappointment.
She claimed the men offered her a ride home from a Roanoke bar in May of 1995, then forced her to have sex with them.

They were charged with plotting to blow up at least seven government offices in the Phoenix area.

The U-S attorney in Arizona said the men were suspected of plotting to bomb the Phoenix police headquarters, and buildings that house the FBI, the Secret Service, I-R-S and A-T-F, as well as the Arizona National Guard.

Three members of the "Viper Militia" allegedly created a video tape of the federal building in Phoenix.

They are planning to do construct a organic vegetation filter system to absorb the leachate.
But it takes money.

The woman who headed up the Wytheville Redevelopment and Housing Authority will spend the next six months under house arrest.
Federal judge Sam Wilson today placed Clara Whitt on probation for accepting gifts- -including renovation work on her own home. The pay-offs were made in return for her tampering with the bidding process on low-income housing projects in Wythe County.
The 58-year old Wytheville woman had already paid a 10-thousand dollar fine and paid back 2-thousand dollars.

Trading cards have changed dramatically since the days when they served a duel purpose as both a source of entertainment and a noise maker in your bicycle spokes.
Computer technology has allowed graphic artists to do much more than simply mat a photo and team logo on a piece of cardboard.

And now one of Southwest Virginia's fastest growing counties has its own card shop. Sportsline Inc., opened just over two months ago across from LOrd Botetourt high school in Daleville.
The shop features a wide variety of new and used cards, plus a good selection of the hard to find starting lineup sports figures.
Sportsline is the latest by not the only sports card shop in the valley.

Concert officials have voided tickets for the first ten rows.
It seems a scalper got ahold of the tickets and sold them for 150 dollars each.
Hootie fans who bought the scalped seats will be reimbursed 25 dollars... the face value of the tickets.

The "New York Post" reports Buttafuoco is moving to Hollywood with his family to pursue an acting career.
Buttafuoco gained fame when Amy Fisher, his 16-year-old lover, shot his wife in the head four years ago.
He served four months in jail.
Fisher is serving a five- to 15-year sentence for the shooting.
Mary Jo Buttafuoco says the family needs a fresh start.
She also says they are moving because Fisher could get out on parole next year.
Buttafuoco has one movie reportedly already in the works.
His agent says he'll play a mafia man in "The Underground Comedy Movie" with Playboy model Anna Nicole Smith.
