court, 14- months after they were first accused.

Bell and Neighbors were both charged with sodomy.
Neighbors was also accused of rape.
Ronlynn Eaton claimed the two men offered her a ride home from a Roanoke
nightspot in May of 1995, and then forced her to have sex with them.
But today, defense attorneys pointed out inconsistencies in her statements,
and the judge dismissed the case without hearing any of the defense witnesses.

Each day 36-thousand gallons of leachate and contaminated water escapes into

of a black church in Centralia.
The suspects are all white-- two men and a girl.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Nancy Brown will perform the ceremony.
According to Brown, Menendez has the right to be married.

Lyle's brother Erik will also be present for the wedding.
Both Erik and Lyle will spend life in prison for the murders of their
