Another person has been arrested in connection with the so-called "Viper
Militia" in Arizona.
Police made a 13th arrest late last night.
Twelve other suspects were taken into custody earlier yesterday.
The U-S attorney in Arizona said the group is suspected of plotting to bomb
the Phoenix police headquarters, and buildings that house the F-B-I, the Secret
Service, I-R-S and A-T-F, as well as the Arizona National Guard.
Officials say the evidence against the men includes a videotape that depicts
targets and discusses methods of attack.

Lyle and Erik Menendez return to a Los Angeles courtroom today to be
sentenced for killing their wealthy parents seven years ago.

The McClung tradition in Rockbridge County has come to a close.
Three generations of doctors have served the area for nearly 150 years, but
yesterday marked the end of an era.

Wal-Mart Stores will likely give up plans to build a store on a portion of
the farm where George Washington grew up.
A Wal-Mart spokesman says the company is willing to swap the site for
another nearby, under certain conditions.
Plans for the store drew national criticism, although the land was zoned
for commercial development.
Wal-Mart's announcement means the Stafford County Board of Supervisors
will not vote on the project as planned tonight.
Stocks are retreating from yesterday's big gains.
