A Wythe County teenager may plead guilty to killing sheriff's deputy Cliff Dicker- now that he may never face the death penalty, or even life in prison.

That would mean a maximum of 40 years in prison.

During a six- month trial, a commercial ambulance service will provide back-up for the county.

A startup firm called Web-T-V Networks demonstrated the new device.
Logging on is as simple as pushing a green button marked Web on the remote.
Sony and Philips will produce machines based on Web-T-V's technology, starting in September.
The product is expected to sell for a few hundred dollars.
