A Wythe County teenager may plead guilty to killing sheriff's deputy Cliff Dicker- now that he may never face the death penalty, or even life in prison.

That would mean a maximum of 40 years in prison.

During a six- month trial, a commercial ambulance service will provide back-up for the county.
