If it does it may spare the East Coast.

Authorities suspect foul play in the death of a 58-year old Danville woman.
Police say Loraine Bessie Womack was found dead around seven this morning inside her Holbrook Avenue apartment.
Authorities say it appears she was either shot or beat on the head.
Womack's body has been sent to Roanoke for an autopsy.

The teen accused of killing Wythe County sheriff's deputy Cliff Dicker may plead guilty to second degree murder.

Today for the second time, a judge ruled Christopher Shawn Wheeler may NOT be tried for CAPITAL murder, as prosecutors had hoped.
