The F-16 was being moved from the path of Hurricane Bertha when it crashed-

Meanwhile Bertha's top winds have dropped to 80 miles an hour- but officials along the coast are not taking any chances.
Many areas of North and South Carolina are under evacuation orders
Bertha could make landfall tomorrow.

Six members of the militia group were released from jail today.
