In January, Orren was charged with setting fire to a Patterson Avenue home, while someone was asleep inside.

There are three grand larceny warrants against him already on file in the county courthouse.

A county investigator estimates as many as 35 people have been victimized by Bryant's schemes... such as taking furniture for consignment sale, then allegedly disappearing with it.
