Officials believe the teenager was electrocuted when he got too close to an electric wire that was hooked to a pump.

The commission is comprised of Southside lawmakers and business leaders who promote the area.
Last week, The Commission was briefed on plant-based bio-technology.
It's a process where scientists genetically manipulate the tobacco plant for use in pharmaceuticals, industrial chemicals and insecticides.
Supporters believe Virginia needs to provide funding for this tabacco alternative before other states jump in line.
