accomplice in the murder of Derek and Nancy Haysom in the mid-80's.

Embassy Inn on Melrose Avenue.
At a preliminary hearing this morning, a police detective testified
that Wiley gave a statement to authorities.
In it, Wiley said he shot Ferguson because he feared for his life.

Officials say some people are hurt in the town about 80 miles north of
Santa-Fe.
