A military spy plane came crashing down in California- today killing at least two people.

The U-Two Spy plane slammed into a parking lot of a newspaper in Oro-ville, California- just north of Sacramento.
The pilot reportedly declared an in-flight emergency a few minutes before the crash.
Witnesses say they saw a parachute and an explosion before the plane crashed.
The pilot and at least one person on the ground were killed.
