Wheeler killed Wythe County Sheriff's Deputy Clifford Dicker when Dicker tried to arrest him in December of 1994.

After accepting his plea the judge ordered Wheeler to JAIL to await his sentencing in October.

A 59-year old Cincinnati woman is the latest patient of Dr. Jack Kevorkian.

Late yesterday, they stopped a six-thousand acre wildfire from reaching the outskirts of Reno.
The fire began Monday afternoon near the town of Verdi shutting down Interstate 80 for five hours.
By Monday night, it could be seen from downtown Reno, over the glare of the casinos.
Fire crews have now contained 50 percent of the blaze.

As a precaution, the health department is consulting with his family members and co-workers at Cross Creek Apparel.
