((Jewell was turned from hero to target in a flash by headlines and news broadcasts after authorities called him in for five separate interviews following the blast.
The former Georgia sheriff's deputy was the first person to spot the knapsack pipebomb in Centennial Park...and helped other officers herd people away from the site before it exploded. But later, former employers came forward to say Jewell had been over zealous in his duties as a college security guard...and investigators began to theorize he may have planted the bomb himself in order to play the hero.
A thorough search, however, of Jewell's residence and storage sheds turned up no incriminating evidence...and when agents compared Jewell's voice from television interviews with that of a 911 caller warning of the bomb...they found no aparent similarities. Final forensic tests are still being conducted on some of Jewell's personal belongings.

The FBI was angered when Jewell's name leaked out as the prime suspect...but did nothing to dissuade the press that he was the focus of their investigation. Now...sources say...if all the remainiog tests come back negative...the bureau and the Department of Justice feel like they owe Richard Jewell some sort of public explanation. In the words of one senior official..."We have to do something." Jim Stewart, cbs news.))

DiBruno says dairies around the country will be able to market their milk with "Replace" very much like Coke markets its diet soda with "nutrasweet."
Since it contains all natural ingredients, Replace is not subject to FDA regulation. (----------------)
