This apartment building on Green Meadow Road has been condemned for nearly a week.
Today a house-moving crew tried to shore up the building... attempting to make it safe enough for about eight families to get their belongings.
But right after workers got started they accidentally punctured a water main.
That meant homes surrounding the area had to go without water until the problem was fixed.
Also... residents will have to wait at least another day to get their valuables out of the building.
The owner of the property was at the scene- But would not comment on the building's condition.

According to "U-S-A Today" a new federal report shows a stunning rise in teen-age drug use just in the last few years.

The highest increases were noted with L-S-D and cocaine.
Marijuana use rose 37 percent. Drug use among adults was unchanged.
