Stovall's attorney says his client is innocent-- that it was nothing more than a bookkeeping error.

He's charged with killing his wife, Joy at their residence yesterday morning.
Authorities say Clay turned himself in at the Sheriff's department 30- minutes after the shooting.
Sheriff's officials say the shooting was apparently sparked by a domestic dispute.
A preliminary hearing has been set for October.

Butler underwent tonsil cancer surgery on May 21st and his goal is to be on the active roster by the second week of September.
His cancer was limited to one of 50 lymph nodes, when it was discovered during a routine tonsillectomy on May 1st.
During treatments, Butler lost a lot of weight, but he has regained 16 pounds and is now at his normal playing weight of 160 pounds.
