informants.
Stovall's attorney says his client is innocent-- that it was nothing more

morning.

Sheriff's officials say the shooting was apparently sparked by a domestic
dispute.
A preliminary hearing has been set for October.

Butler underwent tonsil cancer surgery on May 21st and his goal is to be
on the active roster by the second week of September.
His cancer was limited to one of 50 lymph nodes, when it was discovered
during a routine tonsillectomy on May 1st.

and is now at his normal playing weight of 160 pounds.
