A freak logging accident killed a 39 year- old Christiansburg man this morning.

It happened shortly after 11 o-clock off Taylor Hollow Road in Montgomery County.
The man was cutting a tree with a chainsaw when the tree split, and snapped back into his stomach.
A co-worker ran to his aid but was unable to assist.
The victim suffered major internal injuries and died at the scene.
Authorities are still trying to notify relatives and have not yet released his name.

She's been charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute... plus one count of marijuana possesion.
Last month she received a similar indictment in Salem.
The case grew out of a drug bust in Botetourt County June 3rd.
Stallins is a three time winner of the Roanoke Valley Hall of Fame Women's Golf Tournament.
She's a former gym teacher from Andrew Lewis High School.

She was born with human werewolf syndrome- technically known as hairy congenital nevus.
This rare condition caused thick patches of hair to grow on half of her face and between her eyes - as well as smaller areas on the body.
Today doctors inserted special balloons under her skin today to stretch it.
The hairy patches will later be removed and the stretched skin will cover the wounds.
Doctors say it will be a 500 percent improvement.
If not treated, the condition could lead to cancer.

It took 12 hours of labor, but both mother and daughter, Sophia Rose are doing fine.
Stallone has been married twice. The fifty year old actor has two sons from his first marriage- ages 17 and 20.
