President Clinton accepted his party's renomination for President at the
Democratic National Convention last night.
With the convention over, life on the road begins today with a two-day bus
tour from Missouri to Tennessee.
President Clinton and Vice President Gore hope to recreate the
success they had four years ago, when they took to the road after the
convention in New York.
Just hours before the President's speech to delegates and the nation, Mr.
Clinton accepted a resignation by a key strategist in the wake of a sex
scandal.
