The Salem Fire Department is dealing with minor flooding this morning.
Several streets have been closed, and authorities are clearing cars from the
parking lot at the Willow Creek apartments.
Storm drains are backing up, and water has risen over one foot in places.
The flooding is NOT as a result of rising river waters.
Authorities are watching the situation carefully.
