A jury yesterday sentenced Anna Corbin to 30 days in jail for taking indecent liberties with a student 18 years ago.

In the motion filed yesterday, the government says: "after more than six years of litigation" V-M-I continues "doing business as usual, fully serving the interests of men but refusing even to send applications to women."

That's what federal judges start looking into today.
A lawsuit filed by a national conservative group seeks to overturn the Third District, held by Democrat Bobby Scott.
