The accident killed one teenager and injured two others.

(( Police say 16- year- old Christy Hawkins was headed west on Route 24 this morning, when she rounded a curve and came up on a school bus that had stopped to pick up a passenger.
Hawkins was unable to stop or swerve in time and collided with the rear of the bus.
Her front seat passenger, 16- year- old Tracy Gwynn Arthur, was killed instantly.
Hawkins and her brother Robbie suffered minor injuries.

A teenager from Marion has pled not guilty to breaking into the home of his former fifth- grade teacher, who was found murdered.

17 year- old Joshua David Widener was out on probation for a previous conviction.
Today the judge ordered him held on 500 thousand dollars bond, for allegedly breaking into the home of 68 year- old Jean Anderson.
Yesterday, the same bond was set for 23 year- old Harold David Davis, who is charged with Anderson's rape and murder.
Neighbors say the week before her death, Anderson had some work done on her basement.
News-7 learned yesterday that Davis is a laborer who had previously worked at the residence.
Police have not confirmed Davis was on the recent basement crew, but a source close to the investigation say he was.
