The Progressive Caucus and
filmmaker Michael Moore sponsored a fictitious bake sale to draw attention to
the point that billions of dollars are wasted on corporate welfare, and tax
subsidies that go to some of the nation's largest corporations.
Organizers were showing off billion dollar brownies and 20 million dollar
blondies.
There are 52 members of Congress that make up the Progressive Caucus.
