brought one of its products to market.
They say owner Russell Churchill places the emphasis on grant proposals,

Federal authorities seen in and around the building today would not comment.
The ex-employees, who spoke with us on the condition they remain anonymous,
say the feds have been asking questions about altered time sheets, and what
they say has been a common practice of taking money from one project to pay
towards other projects, and towards company overhead.))

officer, pulling a gun on another man.
Doctor William C. Anderson faces a charge of brandishing a firearm in an
