But some former employees tell News-7 the feds have been asking questions about altered time sheets.
Speaking on condition of anonymity, they said investigators also wanted to know about what the ex-employees call a common practice at ARCOVA of taking money from one project to pay for another, and to pay company overhead.

Penny Stallins is charged with possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.
During a motions hearing in Botetourt County Circuit Court, Stallins sobbed as she recounted her 10 year addiction to the drug.
Her attorneys tried to have some of the evidence against her thrown out... but those motions were denied by the court.
Stallins is a 3- time winner of the Roanoke Valley Hall of Fame Women's Golf Tournament, and a former phys- ed instructor at Salem High and Andrew Lewis Middle School.
She faces related drug charges in Salem, as well.

A physician in Craig County has been accused of impersonating a police officer and brandishing a firearm.
Doctor William C. Anderson was following three young men in a vehicle on Saturday, September 14th. When they stopped, Anderson allegedly pulled a gun on them. Three days later Paul Roy Law swore out a warrant against Anderson.
The 48 year old physician works at the Lewis Gale Family Practice clinic in New Castle, but he's on vacation this week and could not be reached for comment.
Doctor Anderson is due in General District Court next month.

An ongoing investigation has turned up missing and delayed pieces of mail at the Altavista Post Office.
Officer- in- Charge Sandra Pugh says customer inquiries alerted authorities to the problem and an audit was conducted.
The audit turned up the missing and undelivered mail, which will now be sent on to the affected residents.
Some of the letters may be retained for use as evidence, and those customers will be informed if their mail is involved.
Postal authorities have not yet said why or how the mail was delayed.
Their investigation continues.

The candidate who visited all 135 jurisdictions in Virginia is now mailing bound copies of selected John Warner votes to all 328 public libraries in the state.
The head of the Virginia Public Library Directors Association says it's up to local librarians to decide if they'll display political material.
A spokesman for Senator John Warner says it's, quoting now "obviously another desperate attempt" by Mark Warner.

In July, a federal court stopped it from going into effect, on a technicality.
Since then the North Carolina Railroad says N-S has refused to pay its 600- thousand- dollar monthly rent.
It accuses N-S- -its only customer- -of being unreasonable and unfair.
N-S says the suit comes as a surprise and that it will respond at the appropriate time.

A national group for disabled students is suing Virginia, charging the state is willfully shirking its responsibilities under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993.
The students' group filed a lawsuit today in federal court.

The group also wants the court to extend Virginia's October 7th voter registration deadline.
Under the so-called Motor Voter law, state-funded offices which serve disabled people must ask a person if he or she would like to register to vote, have voter registration applications on hand and help people complete the necessary paperwork.
The lawsuit maintains that isn't happening in many Virginia state offices.
