Today, officials said the trooper acted properly as he pursued the car into Botetourt County.

98 percent of American women use some form of birth control during their reproductive years.
But researchers say not using contraceptives and failure of the devices are to blame for the high level.
In other news, there's word today that SOME types of contraceptives may actually make it EASIER to catch a virus.
The journal "Nature Medicine" reports monkeys given contraceptive-like implants containing progesterone were much more vulnerable to infection with the aids virus than untreated monkeys.
Researchers say women using norplant or depo-provera should not change their contraceptive method because it's not clear if the results in monkey's apply to humans.))

Brady Anderson leads off the game with a solo homer to right and it's 1-to-nothing Orioles.
