face a charge of vehicular homicide.

where officials also reviewed the high speed chase that preceded the accident.
Keith, the two suspects in this case are still in the hospital tonight.
They have not been charged, but Botetourt County Commonwealth's Attorney
Joel Branscom says he is considering his options.

The accident happened in a narrow curving section of US-220 when the
suspects' car collided with two others. 29- year- old Timothy Wayne Mays
died at the scene.
The accident followed a high speed chase that started on Interstate 64 in

For the mother of Timothy Mays, it is a heartbreaking loss.
Timothy Mays was an only child. He worked for a camera store in the Valley
View Mall in Roanoke.
His mother, Sarah Mays says Timothy loved photography so much, she made a
dark-room for him when he was a child.
She's not blaming anyone for the accident.

Virginia's plan has been phasing in a work requirement for those who get Aid
for Families with Dependent Children.
Now, the federal government's pushing any of the more than half million
Virginians who receive food stamps -- and who are between ages 18 and 50 --
onto the payroll.
If they don't have a job by March, they lose food stamps.
Warning letters from the state won't go out until next month.
Former heavyweight boxing champ Oliver McCall was arrested in Martinsville

Mark Warner is getting support from some of America's elderly.
The National Council of Senior Citizens is endorsing the Democratic
challenger in Virginia's U-S Senate race.
The N-C-S-C president criticized the incumbent Senator John Warner's voting
record on issues related to senior citizens.
But a spokesman for the Republican says John Warner has an outstanding

The two challengers seeking to unseat Congressman Rick Boucher in the
