Aero-Peru Flight 603 from Lima was five minutes into its flight to Santiago, Chile- when the pilots radioed that they were having mechanical failure.
Crews found the plane broken in two about 30 miles off shore.
The National Transportation Safety Board has offered its assistance in

When police drove up across the street, a 21- year- old man wheeled around and allegedly leveled a gun at them.

In a written opinion, Judge Jackson Kiser rejected each of the New River Valley Greens' concerns.
Though Judge Kiser said highway planners "could have been more thorough in their analysis of the project's environmental impact," the judge said: the 'Greens' failed to demonstrate that the impact statement "was arbitrary or capricious."

Tultex now owns a majority interest in Track Gear, which makes apparel associated with racing.
It was formerly called Wide Open.
