Investigators now say at least 2 men were involved in a 21 year old Roanoke County murder case.
Yesterday they arrested 76 year old Frank Helvestine the third and charged him with a car bombing that killed a toddler in 1975.
They believe a second man was involved in the racially motivated bombing, but he has since died.
They're not releasing his name.

23 month- old Carrie Mask was with her father, Barry Mask and another relative Henry Newman when the bomb exploded.
The explosion killed her and injured her father and Newman.
Investigators say an informant who wanted to clear his conscience provided enough information to reopen the case.
But they say good record keeping helped them close it.

"Freddy The Fire Truck" was a favorite of the children at the first annual Fire Safety Day.
All State Insurance company helped the Roanoke County Fire Department purchase Freddy in an effort to teach fire prevention to young people.
City firefighters joined in the educational effort by giving tours of the smoke house.
Inside children learned what to do if their house is filled with smoke.
The day gave everyone the chance to get in the driver's seat of a fire engine and there was even a real fire dog mugging for the camera.
All State and the county joined forces to give away 150 smoke detectors and several fire extinguishers.
Tomorrow marks the beginning of fire prevention week.
