County.

Today the man who was allegedly trying to out- motor police last Monday, was
charged with second degree murder.
18- year- old Timmy Stocks also faces two other felony charges-- eluding a
police officer and grand larceny.
According to officials, Stocks was clocked near 90- miles an hour on Route
220.
Authorities chased him... but halted their pursuit after six minutes.
Stocks reportedly continued to flee when he slammed into two other cars,
killing one person.

as nine years old.
He faces a maximum sentence of 45 years.
He was recently sentenced to 15 years in Roanoke County on similar charges.

sentence.
She says if Obremski had not been caught, he might have eventually carried
out his threats.
