Ten adults and one juvenile are charged with distributing cocaine.

Lynchburg police say the theft of four canisters of nitrous oxide commonly known as "laughing gas" is really NO laughing matter.
Someone broke into a storage area at Lynchburg General Hospital over the weekend and removed the tanks. Each tank weighed about 200 pounds.
Authorities say the "laughing gas" can be DEADLY if inhaled in large amounts.
The canisters may also explode if they are dropped.
Anyone with information about the theft should call the Lynchburg police.
