Guild.
The announcement was made by Burlington Industries, which bought Bacova last
year.
Burlington says Haynes will pursue other business interests and remain on
Bacova's board of directors.
His partner, Ben Johns, will assume full responsibility for the Bacova
operation.
Haynes and Johns purchased Bacova back in 19-81.

However, increased swelling has forced DOCTORS to opt for surgery.
Ace could be ready for practice in a just two weeks if all goes well.
