An important decision in the OJ Simpson civil trial today.
The judge gave a boost to the Simpson defense-- by ruling that it can claim
that former police detective Mark Fuhrman planted a bloody glove at Simpson's
estate.
That would help the defense's contention of a frame-up.
Another development centers on former defense lawyer Robert Kardashian, and
conversations he says he had with Simpson lawyer Robert Shapiro.
He told an interviewer-- quoting here-- "Mr. Shapiro told me one day that
he thinks O.J. went over there and he was just going to poke her tires, and she
caught him, and that's when the murders took place."
The statement may cost Kardashian his license.
