Good evening, I'm Eric Earnhart, here's what's happening.
(----------------)
VO-NAT
SUPER=03-Washington DC;

For the first time in 4 years, the entire AIDS quilt is on display.
The quilt, once a city block long, now stretches from the Washington Monument to the Capital.
Also in Washington, thousands of immigrants marched today, demanding higher wages and more protection.
SUPER=03-Cedar Hill, TX;

They almost stopped working because it was too windy, but they didn't.
The wind caused a 1500 foot broadcast tower in Texas to collapse killing three workers.

In Dallas, a 15-hundred-foot transmission tower collapsed into a mass of twisted metal today.
The collapse killed three workers who earlier discussed cutting short their repairs because it was too windy.
(----------------)
VO-NAT
SUPER=03-Cedar Hill, TX;

The maintenance workers were installing a new antenna on the tower when it fell to the ground, snapping power lines and causing a transformer to explode.
Apparently a gust of wind caught a device which was being used to hoist materials onto the tower.
When the device fell it snapped one of several guy wires stabilizing the tower.
