Yesterday the crime was the same, but the culprit was North Carolina's Jay Fogleman. NASCAR stripped him of his $30 thousand dollars in winnings and awarded the money to second place finisher B.A. Wilson.
Wilson started the final 100 laps of the race in the lead but had slipped back to fourth on the final lap.
That was before race leader David Hyder was spun out in turn one by David Blankenship.
Wilson and Fogleman avoided the mess and made it across the line ahead of Blankenship.
