charged in the death of a black man.

Johnny Gammage was killed after he was pulled over by police while driving
last October.
Today the Judge declared a mistrial because of comments made by the county
coroner.
The coroner demanded that one of the officers explain his actions.
The law however does not require defendants to testify in their own
defense.
The judge said the coroner's remarks were too serious to be ignored.
A new trial will begin in two months.
