Good Evening I'm Eric Earnhart.
Bob Dole says he's on the road to victory...
That road led him through Virginia today.
At a windy rally in Norfolk today, Dole went on the attack.
He linked President Clinton with allegedly improper campaign contributions
from foreign businessmen.
And continued to hammer the theme of teen drug use.

SUPER=01-Bob Dole/(R) Presidential Candidate
OUT Q=not going to have a future
Though Dole has stepped up attacks on the issue of character, it doesn't
appear to be working in the polls...
The latest numbers show the president's character has a higher approval
rating than Mr. Dole's.
Members of the Roanoke group Rebuilding The Black Community say they're
making small strides every day.
Today the organization sponsored "The Thousand Family March."
And though the numbers didn't come close to the title, organizers say the
steps have been taken to build a better tomorrow.
Denise Allen reports.

People trying to get their first driver's license may soon have to pass
