There are now 13 Legionnaires' Disease cases confirmed in the New River Valley, stemming from an outbreak, the first in Virginia.

Only one of the 13 patients remains hospitalized.

They'll be out canvassing area businesses and public places-- anywhere aerosolized water might be found.

Inhalant abuse is tough to spot.
On their own, the symptoms don't stand out.

Last spring, nine-year old Jason Gardner made headlines when he was barred from reading a Limbaugh book in class.
And just last month, Gardner's fifth grade teacher took a copy of the "Limbaugh Letter" from him.
Two other teachers have banned students from reading materials not found in the school library.
Now the Rutherford Institute, a civil liberties organization, has joined the fray.
They've given Bedford school officials one week to reverse the teachers' policy or face a civil lawsuit.

A state organization found out a building under construction in Botetourt County is going up near an old Indian Village.
Now archaeologists are discovering artifacts.

After digging a series of trenches... the group discovered dozens of refuse pits... where garbage was buried.
A number of artifacts have been recovered as well, like broken pieces of pottery... animal bones... and arrow heads. STAND UP
The archaeologists are also trying to determine which tribe settled here.
At this point they believe it was either the Totero or Tutelo Indians who inhabited this land some 600 years ago. END STAND UP
The group plans to excavate artifacts for a few more days.
But Klatka says the learning process will continue on.
