The questions she's answering are all about how she prepares to host the show. JENNY JONES/TALK SHOW HOST: THERE'S A LOT OF HOMEWORK INVOLVED. IT TAKES HOURS AND HOURS OF READING AND PREPARATION.

Just how much homework she does: exactly what she knew about this man and the context in which she would appear on the program are at the heart of the questions she's got to field.

Court Evidence/March 1995
The producers invited John Schmitz at Scott Amedure to appear on the program back in March of 1995.
The program was all about same sex secret admirers. John Schmitz says
He didn't know Scott Amedure had a crush on him.
He found out right there in front of the audience in a program that ever aired.

He appeared good humored about the revelation. Three days later he shot and killed the admirer. Schmitz admits he pulled the trigger. His lawyers say he was humiliated, utterly embarrassed and because of psychological problems, is not guilty of premeditated murder.
They say Jenny Jones and the producers knew well in advance a secret they were going to spring on John Schmitz involved a homosexual admirer. JONES: I'M NOT NECESSARILY GIVEN ADVANCE WARNING.
