The Department of Environmental Quality said 95 percent of Virginia's

its waters.
A foundation report said Virginia waterways remain at risk from pollution.
It said 65 percent of the river miles monitored by the D-E-Q fail to fully
support the U-S Clean Water Act's goal of "fishable" and "swimmable" waters.
